Linda M Pierre was born in Seattle, Washington, and she moved to Minnesota when she was just six years old. In 1967 she graduated from Frank B. Kellogg High School and then worked for the State of Minnesota for five years. She ran a rubbish, snow plowing, and rock-hauling business with her husband for over forty years. More recently, she has worked for the Stillwater School District. Married for forty-four years, she has two sons and four grandchildren. She enjoys writing poetry, photography, movies, and traveling. She currently resides in Stillwater, Minnesota.
